Brian Scott Anderson

Attorney at Law Managing Member

Brian has an extensive background in both the legal and business fields with years of experience working with clients and business partners. This experience has helped him to understand the many complex legal and business challenges they faced and to create innovative solutions to help solve these problems.

Brian holds an advanced law degree (LLM) in Elder Law (with honors) from Stetson University College of Law and is one of only a handful of attorneys in the state of Texas who have completed this advanced legal training in Elder Law.

His legal training is complemented by both an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.

Brian brings the legal skills, experience, and perspective needed to create solutions for many potential client's legal situations.  He focuses his practice primarily on elder law issues, qualification for government benefits, guardianships, special-needs trusts, probate matters, and estate planning.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and their four dogs.
